How an easy weight lifting
routine can keep you motivated
A reader's review of
Weight
Lifting for Absolute Beginners by Jonni and Jessie Good
by Francine
Just a quick note to tell you
that I'm doing great! This program is having such a positive impact on
my life I got to share with you!
What is really great is that
it keeps me motivated to be more active because I actually enjoy doing
the exercises very much and since I know I need to do other stuff for
the aerobics part, then it just comes naturally.
So here I am now, doing tai
chi in the morning before going to work (which I had sort of let go for
a while), going to my body design class once a week, biking every other
day, watching what I eat even if I do allow myself to pig out from time
to time, and religiously doing my weight lifting.
And guess what? I lost 3 pounds,
I feel terrific, I'm proud of what I see in the mirror and the other day,
a guy held a door for me at the store, looked at me and said: Miss, you
are ravishing...????!!!! Not bad for a 49 year old chick!!
Hopes this will help motivate
others
Have a great day.
Francine, your "battle
against the bulges" correspondent....
