This site is written and maintained by Jonni Good, a full-time writer and author of several popular books sold on the Internet.

Before becoming a full-time writer, Jonni worked in the health care industry for many years, in several different supporting roles. She managed an alternative care clinic for five years, and later worked in the documentation and training department of one of the country's largest health insurance companies. The main focus of her writing is weight loss, exercise, and common health conditions like yeast infections.
